self-betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

Sometimes growth is about balance more than anything else. So I'm going to go through

seven basic needs that I think we need and imagine like your life is an equalizer and these are all the needs

and knobs that you kind of turn up and down, right, like base, treble, tone, etc.

And they don't have to all be the same.

So these are categories, and I want you to ask yourself,

how are you fulfilling these needs?

And remember, you're going to balance this equalizer your life equalizer to what works for you

They don't all have to be set on the same dial or the same number

Okay, the first one emotional need. How are you

fulfilling your emotional need because we all need space to vent to process? Some

ways can be through your therapist life coach, through your friends, you can fulfill your emotional need with obviously your intimate partner.

That's usually our go to, right? That's usually our main.

If you don't have a way that you're

fulfilling your emotional need you're going to suppress you're going to turn

into a human pressure cooker, and then you're going to explode.

So whether you are doing this exercise on paper, you're probably not, or if you're just thinking about it in your head while you're driving or whatever

you're doing, think about how you're fulfilling your emotional need. Your physical need, I believe in the daily sweat. I really believe that exercise movement,

you know it does a few things that gets you out of the house one it also gets you out of your head
