Hey guys, my name is John Kim. I'm a licensed therapist and life coach putting

self betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

0:11.4

these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

If you're looking for more of a wine glass, you've come to the wrong place.

Obviously, literally, don't show people pictures of your penis, but I think the more

0:27.4

interesting conversation to have is figuratively showing people parts of

0:31.3

yourself that they don't necessarily want to see, you know?

0:34.0

But kind of going back to the literal sense, I can't imagine any circumstances

0:41.0

where anyone would want to see your penis. I mean other than like

0:47.6

some kind of trick or like just to just to see if they can get you to do that.

But it's just I just something I just don't understand why men do that. But anyway, figuratively, we all do it. You don't have to have a penis to show someone a part of you that they don't necessarily want to see and that's kind of what I'm interested in talking about.

1:48.0

And so how do you know that? Because I do that often and I do it because I think I've just been programmed to being a blogger and doing videos and

1:57.1

front loading my story and really kind of pulling the curtain back and showing myself since I started doing that almost a decade ago.

2:06.0

That's just how I am now, you know, and so what's interesting is, you know, how you think and how you behave it doesn't matter what you know if it's online or offline it kind of ripples to everything so

2:17.6

sometimes when I'm with

2:19.7

friends or if I'm if I have a new friend I'm sure they don't want to know my story they don't want to know parts of my myself that I
