Today we're listening to episode 258 and I'm talking with Ashley Keller.

You are getting a surprise Tuesday episode. I just couldn't stay away till Friday.

I'm actually going to do a couple Tuesday, everyday, athlete type episodes.

I know I've been focusing a lot on the pros lately and so I wanted to bring some other stories your way as well.

Ashley and I actually recorded this in March and I had some audio issues that I was working on fixing.

I had to bounce it back and forth with someone a couple times because I recorded in a location that I don't normally record.

And so we've got it squared away and figured out and I'm excited to bring you this episode.

Ashley is the mother of three. She is a West Point grad and served our country in Afghanistan.

Her husband also serves in the army and she has been through eight deployments with him being gone.

She is a world champion half-Irman athlete and in this episode we get to hear all about that.

She actually had a pretty intense bike crash during a triathlon between babies two and three.

So before she had her third child and it's a pretty crazy story that she recounts in this episode.

Ashley is also a personal trainer. She runs the company GloBody PT.

She is certified as a personal trainer for pre and postnatal exercise and she actually has a ton of free prenatal workouts on her YouTube channel.
