Today you're listening to episode 250 and I'm talking with Amelia Boone.

This is a fun Friday episode. Right now I am bringing you two episodes a week and this past Tuesday

you heard from Michael Wardion. And today I am really excited to bring you an episode with

returning guest Amelia Boone. Amelia was on episode 203 last summer.

social media as well. She's a four time world champion and one of the most decorated obstacle

racers in history. She's a three time winner of the world's toughest mother, a Spartan race world

champion, a Spartan race point serious champion and a three time death race finisher.

Okay so she's got a huge number of athletic accomplishments and last summer came out openly

about her long time battle with an eating disorder. Okay we cover all of that in my last episode with her.

And today we just talk about what's going on now. Her recent move to Colorado and how she's

dealing with quarantine and we catch up on fun good music suggestions and also have some listener

Q&A at the end. This is super casual and I hope you just feel like you are out for a run with a

couple of your friends and you can enjoy this conversation that Amelia and I had. I knew she'd be

perfect guest for this series. And this series that I'm doing right here this fun Friday series
