Today we're listening to episode 246 and I'm talking with Jenny and Scott Jurick.

Jenny and Scott have both been on the show.

Actually episode 164 we did a live show here in Indianapolis with Scott and Jenny and then

in episode 186 Jenny came back on the show solo.

If you haven't read their book North, I highly recommend you do that.

Many of you may know of Scott Jurick from his popular book Eat and Run.

He is most known for his seven consecutive straight victories at the Western States 100

mile endurance run and in 2015 Scott and Jenny, adventured on the Appalachian Trail and

wrote a book about it called North.

You have to read the book to learn all about that but he did the running, walking, hiking

and she did the crewing.

They are quite the team.

They have two kids and they are now doing all sorts of fun adventurous things with the kids.

This past summer they took a month long bike packing trip in Japan with both of their

kids who by the way at the time were only one and three.

So if nothing else these two will inspire you to do some crazy adventures with your kids

in tow.

And Jenny is an outdoor apparel activewear designer.
