time while we try to flatten the curve for COVID-19 but I thought people might enjoy a bonus

She was episode 218 and I'm excited to have her back on the show this time.

This time we did a call out for listener questions.

So we cover a wide variety of topics in this episode.

One of the things we talk about is intermittent fasting of all the questions people submitted.

That was one of the top questions.

So she answers questions on that, her thoughts and feelings on that.

We talk about iron levels a little bit and some other basic nutrition information for

all the runners and active people out there.
