0:28.6	Karissa runs with the Baramun Track Club and she is on fire right now.
0:34.4	She recently broke the 3K indoor record in a time of 825-70 finishing ahead of her teammates
0:42.0	Shelby Hula-Han and Colleen Quigley.
0:44.8	This is her second year competing as a professional with the Baramun Track Club so she is off to

0:53.0	Before running with Baramun she ran for the University of Missouri where she was a six

0:59.8	She won the NCAA title in cross country.
1:03.4	Her junior year which was quite the breakthrough race for her and I love to hear about her
1:08.6	mentality during that race and what she learned from that race.
1:12.9	And then we talk about her transition from running as a college athlete to running as

1:20.0	I love Karissa's positive mental attitude in her mindset.
1:24.8	My biggest takeaway which she'll hear repeatedly in this episode is that anything can happen
