Oh, I have been an unbelievably busy boy.

I was in London for five days, well, and Cambridge and running 23 miles, and I got back late on Monday night and then

Sunday Tuesday morning back down to London for more meetings. It's now

Wednesday morning. We're recording late this week and I'm actually sat in Park Run Towers in London with the one-on-old

only Joe since in the unit.

It's sat right behind me.

Busy busy busy.

It's been a busy week then for you.

Yeah, being super busy and it's not going to get much

quieter. I'm going to take this off and I'll get back to Yorkshire out 2.30 and I'm going to take the

whole rest of the day off and hang out with my lovely girls. And you were
