Boy in the runs in the room, our interview is with finisher of all six marathon majors in

sub three hours, 30 minutes, Craig Smith.

Tom, what you been doing? I have been in Birmingham. Have you? I was at the

second ever Park Run Ambassador's conference. We have about 45 and Park Run volunteers who do more than just

a Saturday morning stuff. They might train teams, work with councils, measure courses, design courses,

do all kinds of different things actually.

And they've dotted all around the UK

from Inverness down to Devon and Cornwall,

across to Wales and Northern Ireland and once a year we bring them all together in the same place and we talk about Park Run three days and that was this weekend.

A massive great Park one cuddle it's good actually it's really really good we did

it last year not knowing how it would go really and it was probably the best thing

at park one it's probably the best thing we did all year in terms of being able to then do what we do for the rest of the year because it, you know, it brought everybody together so people knew each other and it helped us understand all of our different regions around the UK that we work and you know the

different issues and conflicts and stuff so so it was great was that was their

dancing was their dancing Not from me.
