In the last five years parkrun has gone from 13 friends running round Bushy Park on a Saturday morning to over 5,000 people running 5k for free every single weekend in over forty events, which in their time have seen 20,000 volunteers get involved... we chatted with a few of the key people behind this running revolution!

this year's Experian Robin Hood marathon. Anyway Tom you've not been training so

what have you been doing? Well training wise not a. We've been obviously we've been super busy but training wise. Yeah, not a great deal. I did a run before I left lands. I've not run since I've been back. I did a quick swim on Friday and I didn't unpack my bike until yesterday afternoon.

So since I've been back in Blighty, I've only managed a kind of a 30 minute swim.

But yeah, I'm cool with that and I'm going to start ramping things back up again.

Yeah, I've been back into my running a little bit, did a two hour long run in preparation

for this crazy long run that I'm doing in middle of June, and that resulted unfortunately run in were down in the Big Smoke doing a presentation, this is going to sound really posh to the BOA,
