Well, how has I been getting on with a giant declutter? You know what it's like when you've got a big event coming up?

You don't really think about anything else. You put things on hold.

Then we're obviously away for 10 days and came back to the normal mountain of things to do.

And I should have been super busy, but I seem to have finally got all that done.

really really inspired me you know there's someone who was you know a few weeks ago wasn't going to do it

I've been injured had a stress fracture hadn't raced the triathlon since September.
