I was at the first ever Junior round A juniors park run on Sunday. There were already four junior park run events founded

at Bushy by Paul Graham. But this weekend gone we relaunched it. thanks largely to the work of Chrissy Wellington

and also the help of a whole load of other wonderful people and yeah junior park run started

weekly 2 k free in the parks nine o'clock Sunday morning up here in Leeds,

round day park, another one in Southampton also started

on the same day.

And I have to say, I saw the future of 60 kids

all smiling and laughing and having a laugh all abilities
