I have been in Northern Ireland with the Northern Irish Emperor of Endurance, Matt Shields himself.

Fantastic. Northern Ireland was good?

Oh, Northern Ireland was brilliant. I love Northern Ireland. It's the second time I've been now with Park

Rana and I was visiting all the courses that I hadn't seen before. I think there's

15 Park runs down Northern Ireland and I was visiting as many teams I could from

that I met before and that hadn't. I just spent five days I I think when it Thursday morning came back Monday

hanging out with Matt and Ruth Shields. They put us up for me Rosie and Hell's up for five days

and just had a really good time. Matt is get this he's the's the Northern Ireland Partland Ambassador, but he's also the

country manager for the Republic of Ireland where Park Run has gone crazy. He's the chairman of

North Belfast Harriers who are one of those amazing clubs with well over a hundred years of history.

You know there's trophies in their trophy cabinet awarded in like the early 1900s.

He's got a marathon PB of 218 at which time he was fifth fastest in his club with

2018 back in the 1980s. He'll be 60 in August and he still runs sub 18 minutes of 5k and he's also mates with the great Tommy Hughes

Matt Shields that's some legend right there it's great so I really enjoyed that
