Today is a super fun episode with my friend Matt Chittom.

This is episode 189.

You may know Matt from the podcast called The Rambling Runner.

I have been a guest on his show.

I listened to his show and just appreciate what he's doing in the space in the podcasting

and running scene.

Actually, a lot of people listening today, you may be have been on his show as well because

his show The Rambling Runner is a show where he talks to amateur runners.

Every day athletes like myself and possibly some of you.

Matt has been a friend over these past couple years and he's the dad of two.

He works full time and does this podcast thing on the side.

He is one of the hardest working people that I know and I talked to him about that a little

bit towards the end.

I'm like, how long can you do this?

He works so hard and he does such a great job.

One thing that's really exciting that's happening in Matt's world is he's launching a series

called Road to the Olympic Trials where he's following eight athletes who are either running

in the trials or trying to qualify for the trials this fall.

That is launching this coming week July 7th or 8th.
