Thank you so much for being here today. Today you're listening to episode 188 and I'm talking

with Jenny Simpson. Really excited about this interview with Jenny. She's been on my list of people

that I've wanted to interview for quite a while and we finally made it happen. So we talked for

quite a long time. We got along really well and I just felt like we could have gone on and on and on.

If you don't know Jenny Simpson, she's kind of the queen of the 1500 meters on the track. She's

and she also has a gold medal from the 2011 World Championships and two silver medals from the 2013

and 2017 World Championships. In this episode Jenny shares with us the ups and downs of her career.

fun questions about her husband who just ran the grandma's marathon. She's been nursing him coming off
