I am so excited to chat with Alia Gray today.

Her teammate Noah Droddy suggested that I have her on the show way back in the day when

he was on the podcast.

Alia runs with the Roots running distance project in Boulder, Colorado.

She has a marathon PR of 234 a half marathon PR of 72 minutes and she placed 10th in the

Olympic trials for the marathon in 2016 on that really hot day.
