Thank you so much for being here today. Today we're listening to episode 183 and I'm talking

with Kimberly Truestell. This is a really special and cool episode of the podcast. I was so honored

that Kim came on the podcast to share her story and I feel like I have the best job in the world

that I can be on the other side of conversations like this. Kim is a writer, she's the mom of two,

she's a marketing professional by day, she's a runner and she is a Hoosier. She's from Ohio but

she lives in Indiana now which I take a lot of pride in the state of Indiana you all might know

that and so it was really fun to talk to another Hoosier. She has lost over 110 pounds which is a big

part of her story. In this episode of the podcast she shares with us about her childhood we get a

learn about her journey to learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. She shares with us some really

personal and emotional pieces of her life with her mother and her grandmother. I'm going to let her

tell that story. It's not mine to tell it's hers and I'm just so honored that I got to be the

person she shared this with to then share it with all of you. So thank you Kim for being so honest

and being such an encourager for others and being honest about everything we talked about.
