She is the co-founder of the CleanSport Collective and ModCraft.

She is an agent for positive change.

She's also an agent for Kara Goucher.

So I actually recorded this interview the same day I recorded my interview with Kara.

But I was so intrigued by Shanna's career path and what it's like to be an agent for

someone like Kara.

I've always wanted to have an agent on the show.

I think it's super cool that the first one to come on the show is a female.

We go all over the place in this conversation.

I actually edited it this week but we recorded it a while back and it went places I totally

forgot about but it was so true and authentic and just real life talk.

We do talk a lot about running and what it's like to have this career that she has in

this industry.

But we also talk about family a lot and faith and I felt like I was talking to one of my

friends when we had this conversation.
