Today you're listening to episode 181 and I'm talking with Holly Hughes.

Holly just this past weekend broke the Guinness Book World Record pushing a wheelchair.

She was pushing her son Jonah who was eight years old in that wheelchair was one of the

hoiit chairs and you're going to learn all about their story in this interview.

I had the rare opportunity to sit down with Holly in person.

I don't get to do in person interviews all that often.

So when I heard Holly was coming to Indianapolis for the one America 500 festival and many

marathon.

I knew I had to try to grab an interview.

So Holly is the mother of four.

She's a super speedy runner.

She just ran a 124.52 pushing a wheelchair at the mini marathon.

Jonah who is eight years old has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

You're going to hear all about his story in this episode.

I learned so much from Holly and admire her, admire Jonah and their entire family for

how they walk through life in general, just life in general.

Holly has also battled some health conditions herself in the past couple years and to be

running this fast is pretty phenomenal actually to be running it all because she did have

a doctor tell her sort of recently that she was done with running and that she has clearly
