Oh, I've been up to a load of things.

I've been park running my way around Scotland actually.

I joined a load of people from the Scottish park runs,

some marathon talk listeners listeners and it was organised

large about Ali Rob from Strathclyde and a husband Ian who were amazing, but everybody was great.

Met far too many brilliant people to mention the more, I'm afraid.

So if you're listening, you know who you you are thanks for an awesome time but basically ran

10 Scottish park runs in a day on Friday.

Wow that's quite unbelievable actually to do 10 park runs in one day.

Yeah but it wasn't just 10 itself really because it's only an inverted commas 50k, but it was in
