Well before we talk about what I've been up to what are you up to because you don't

sound 100% you sound like you in your dad's bedroom wasn't there?

It's very funny you should say that.

We had internet service provider issues in the Marathon Talk studio this morning.

So I've had to vacate the studio,

aka the shed at the bottom of my garden,

and pitch over to my dad's spare room across town and borrow some of his his internet so that we can record today's

marathon talk we've never missed a show we weren going to let a naughty bit of internet provider

disruptions stop us. So here we go. So I apologize if I don't sound quite as good as we

normally do on today's show.
