running from Tommy Hughes.

You know you're a marathon talker when?

The fastest half marathon ever in the USA, Tony's Trials, the listener launch pad and

Training talks all about PB's. Tom, what have you been up to?

I've been loving the Diamond League pacing.

Come on, this is the highest I've been loving the Diamond League pacing.

Come on, this is the highest standard of global athletics anywhere in the entire universe. How can pacing possibly be off?

I mean it's funny isn't it because we you talk about this all

time don't we say right like this level of athlete they can pace to within tenths of a

second I remember talking to Kelly Holmes' physio, Allison Rose, about

Kelly Holmes' Athens' gold medal and she was talking about you know they knew

Kelly could pace a lap of the track to within a tenth of a second.

And the women's pace in the 1500 meters at the Rome Diamond League went through 300.

I mean she just disappeared.

It was like Usain Bolt had started this race

this Kenyan lady she went off the front everybody can I think Hannah England was in

there everybody completely ignored her and she went through 300 meters in

43 seconds.
