0:27.4	So pumped about the Boston marathon that I couldn't only do one Boston

0:32.9	So we've heard from Sarah Hall today and today we're also going to hear from Heather

0:38.8	Heather is a friend that I've met through Instagram and she has been working to qualify for the
0:45.2	Boston marathon for 10 years and is running for the first time this year.

1:08.1	I was super excited to dig into what Iron Man training looked like and how she crossed

1:20.3	her Boston qualifier.
1:21.6	Her first marathon was four hours and 35 minutes.
1:25.8	So she has a pretty inspiring story of progressively taking that down to her now PR of 321.
1:33.6	I don't know that I've ever talked to someone as excited as she is to run Boston this coming
