year Boston just never disappoints and thank you so much for everybody who

came out to the live show in Boston and those who were cheering along the

course and who gave me motivating and encouraging words on my Instagram and

just this community is wonderful. So thank you guys for the support and

congratulations to everybody else who ran. Guys today on the podcast I'm

talking with my friend Kim Clark. She is coming to Indianapolis in just a couple

weeks for the 500 festival mini marathon. I'm really excited to hang out with

her then but she is a marathon runner. She is a world traveler like legit world

traveler. She's been to 57 countries so she has been to a lot of places and

she's taken her marathon time. You guys she ran her first marathon totally

untrained young young decisions you guys we do young we do crazy things when we're

young but at the just before she graduated high school she ran her first

marathon in a time of six hours and eight minutes and since then her first

marathon she trained for she ran a 401 and has taken that time down to a 311 we

are marathon PR twins. Recently though what I love about Kim's story is she was

taking her marathon time down pretty significantly there for a while then she

kind of got into a little bit of a rut and what she did was she took some time

off the marathon focused on shorter distances and really honed in on those

skills before approaching the marathon again and that's when she took her
