I have to say, it's, like I say,

years and years and years of Martin doing the intro bit,

and suddenly here I am doing it. It feels a little bit odd.

What you've been up to?

I've been hanging out in Boulder quite a lot,

so really just training, eating pancakes, going for coffee, watching films,

fairly kind of laid back.

Um, yeah, nothing particularly exciting happens when I'm out here training, but that's sort of the idea.

Is it the endurance Mecca we all think it is I've not been Martin has last week we interviewed
