But that is one of my all-time favorite marathon talk interviews ever.

Wow, you know what, we have actually had a whole load of great feedback about the interview with Kurt.

And when I was doing it, I was thinking, this is really good stuff, you know, he was an absolute pleasure to talk to.

Sunday so it was the it was the consciousness that actually if you did your session earlier

on the Saturday if you had a rest days of Sunday you got more than a day's rest as it

were yeah I think that's something that a lot of us don't think about so that was

pretty cool it was talking about it's okay to be miserable and to suffer and on that
