Tom, what you've been up to?

That intro was almost a show in itself, isn't?

I'm looking forward to it myself.

I have to say, I am really looking forward

to the Helen Clivero interview. That's going to be great.

What have I been doing? I've been checking out three great park one courses on Friday. I went to Clifton Park in Rotherham.

It's a nice three lap on Tarmac. Then I went to Rother Valley. That'll be a really nice one-lapper around a beautiful lake and country park

And then in the evening I was at the pods in Scumthorpe and that's a nice sort of mixed terrain to Lapper so that's going to be really

good too they'll all be starting pretty soon in fact Scumthorpe starts this coming weekend

and then the other two should be starting in April so that's pretty cool I was slip sliding around the fourth

pico cross country it was super slippery it wasn't like it was that muddy but you know

when it's really we're in that slippery mud I was in that slippery mud? I was in that slippery mud, yeah.

Did you run round it or did you push straight through the slippery mud?
