self betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

these days.

I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

I believe that if you hate what you do, it's extremely difficult to be happy no matter what.

Like you could have an amazing relationship, you could have really cool hobbies, and get joy out of other parts of your life, but work is such a big chunk of your life that if you are miserable in what you do, then it's going to be so hard to be happy. And what's sad is that

most people are miserable with what they do. They hate their jobs, you know? And so I think one of the amazing things about

the internet is it has given, it's become the new industrial revolution where it's big, big, oh my God, it has given us the world.

So many opportunities to do something else.

And so I'm really passionate about this topic

because the internet was a gift to me

and if you don't know my story I will say it really fast.

I was at the lowest point of my life and I had no idea I was going to create an online business, because technically that's what this is.

It makes it sound so cheesy and romantic, but I guess, yeah, I have a, I guess, good to have two online businesses.

Okay, so I was going through the worst part of my life.

I was, didn't have anything, I was broke,

and I wanted to help people.

I decided to become a therapist, and I started a little blog called
