It's 30th of January 2013. I'm Martin to go and I'm going to do. So, On this week's show the Virgin London Marathon announced their elite field 5 Break 205 in Dubai.

We speak to the creator of Japan Running News, Brett Lana.

Tony brings his trials, you rate your run and we rave Tom what have you been up to

this week well I guess it's sort of last week now but I met Dave Moorcroft

last week did you so well he is the former UK 5,000

meter record isn't he? I think he ran and you can correct me if I'm wrong with your

stato brain. I think he ran 13 flat.41. 13 and a bit. Yeah he ran 13 and bits. Yeah he did and Facebooked actually, I was going to go and meet with him. And loads of people had really funny anecdotes about, you know, following him around parks and commentary when they were kids and stuff so I think we must get

Dave on the show I should drop him an email later and ask him if he'll come

on the show but I was meeting him because of his involvement with the great

government-funded initiative join in where they try and get people involved with local sport.

It ran I think during the games period last year and this year it's going to run again during the same six week period from the year anniversary of the

start of the games to the end of the Paralympic game so that should be

really really good fun and hopefully Park One will be doing some stuff with them.

And you weren't Northern cross-country running?

No, and actually, it's one of the few times. I was glad I didn't actually.

I don't know if you've seen the pictures or read the reports, but it was sort of a mud, snow, slush

mixture, wasn't it seemed, and most people seem to think it was a fairly

tough day off as I ended up working and I was doing some training for

Hillsborough Park Run team who Hillsborough Park Run starts this Saturday

so I was tied up in the afternoon which I couldn't

got there but I have to say those super muddy ones aren't really my bag.
