So the Ashwood and Kent Constabulary have reached the conclusion of their investigation into Eric Van Smit.

What does this mean for him and Ashwood City Football Club?

Yes, thanks, Kelly. Well, it means that not only if the FA thrown the book of Mr Van Smit,

but now the local police force have as well, the case was initially lodged with West Yorkshire Police, and they then filed with Ashwood

and Kent Police, who over the summer came to the conclusion that they'd have to investigate.

And now that investigation has returned a charge to Mr. Van Smit, who is expected to speak

here shortly.
