This podcast is about how to fall asleep and how to create a sleep ritual which can help you to fall asleep. This is the second part of my answer to dear Naomi’s questions on anxiety and sleep( Thanks Naomi)...again this is a huge topic..so let’s together take little bites of this apple and develop ourselves step by step. I am going to do more on this important topic. Please keep those requests coming. ( I love every one)And remember to create mindful and physical space for sleep...it is in the silence of space that our true authentic self lies...and it is when we realise our true self that we can truly love others.
