Today you're listening to episode 139 and I'm talking with Charlie Watson.

Some of you might know her from social media as the runner beans.

That is her Instagram name where she has a pretty robust following over there.

I've been following Charlie for some time now she is so kind and sweet and I have to

say adorable because I love her British accent.

You probably already are because she has 45, 46,000 followers over there.

Charlie has completed all six of the world marathon majors and she has been training

for a BQ.

She talks about her journey in this episode from running her first marathon that she signed

up for.

She didn't even know how long a marathon was.

She ran that in something around four hours and 50 minutes and she's taken her time

all the way down to three hours and 44 minutes and she has the goal to qualify for Boston.

I think this is really relatable to so many people.

She worked so hard to break four hours for the first time and now she's working so hard

to qualify for Boston.

I got to talk to her about what she's doing differently, the coach that she's hired

and how her training looks for meeting these goals.
