Hi everyone, Today is day 5 of my seven-day virtual retreat during which we learn how to change our bodies permanently. 

Today I ask and explore the following questions:

  • Do you feel comfortable in your body? Why and why not?
  • Do you keep a journal which helps you explore the real you- physically emotionally and spiritually?
  • What is your "by the way exercise"?
  • Is your exercise regime sustainable for 99 years?
  • How can you incorporate more 'by the way exercise' into your life? 
  • How important is weight training?
  • What can you do today, this hour, this minute for your body?
  • What consistent rituals do you follow to help you change your body and sustain that body?

And yes when we learn the ability to change our mind we can change our body
