So, I'm going to do. On this week's show we speak to Australian marathon record holder aiming for

her fourth Olympic Games in the summer Benitaita Willis, there's a significant Kenyan

change for their Olympic marathon team, there's some news of some amazing track

performances in the Diamond League, a little controversy in Japan, and someone runs underground.

You rate your run and have a rave and training talk is with Andy Blow all about hydration.

Tom, where have you been this weekend?

Cool, I've been doing all kinds of things.

I've been particularly Burnley Park running, although well I wasn't actually Burnley Park running,

I was Burnley Park Run volunteering.

I was a bit of a funnel manager while Hell's run around and me and Rosie

spectated so yeah it was really really good a funnel manager important job

important job on the day keep all those naughty funnel duckers in order.

I was fortunate enough to bump into Nicola Nuttall, who's finished on the marathon talk podium a few times.

She ran 22362-36.

She was the first lady home.

Her daughter, Laura, she finished in 2447, both of them,

looks super fantastic and strong, and it was great,

so it was brilliant to meet them.

Nicola was running in a 26.2 marathon talk technical t-shirt
