Hello, live audience. We're here as a part of the Celebrating

the Games lecture series at the University of Leeds. We're going to bring you

right up to speed with Fabulous and tell you all about Marchfulness. We've got some

news of the toughest endurance marathon team to qualify for in the globe this year.

Tracy Morris for a special training talk and an interview but Tom, what have you been up to?

Well, we should probably give you a little bit of background to the show first, I think.

And it all started with a phone call, probably, I don't know know towards the end of 2009 when my mate

here Martin rang me up and he said how about doing a podcast you fancy doing a

podcast and I think my first reaction was what's a podcast well I think my first reaction was, What's the pod path?

I think my first reaction was,

that means I'll have to speak to you on the phone

once a week.

Well, at first we thought once a week,

and I thought, well, that sounds like a little bit too much to

speak to my on the phone and actually it's turned out to be every day like you say

so it's been an odd thing but it was completely life-changing it we
