Well it was downhill with a tailwind well it was kind of side wind I went out on Saturday night

I never run well after a rest day particularly

although I guess I did this time I never really run run well after a rest day and I

had a cross-country on Sunday morning I'd rested on Friday so I thought well I'm

going to go out on Saturday afternoon and I'm going to hit just a couple of hard miles.

I've got a little 3.8 mile loop for my house.

So I thought I'll do one mile easy, two miles hard, one mile easy to finish off.

And you know, I thought last time I did it I did I think 1226 I think for the two miles

So off I went off I trotted and I was running along the road and I had this just phenomenal tailwind for the first mile and a half.

It was like someone was pushing me in the back and there's actually a climb in the first mile,

but I've never run in such a dead straight tailwind.
