| 1:27.0 | I've had this recurring ITB problem for a while so I really know how to manage it and now I'm I'm back doing a little |

| 1:41.8 | times and then last weekend I did actually make it out for an hour and a half. |
| 1:46.7 | So it's good. I'm pleased with the way it's come back. |

| 1:54.0 | Yeah, it's one of those niggles that I kind of know what to do with. |
| 1:58.0 | So as long as I rest it, stretch it out a bit, jump on the foam roller, do nothing crazy, within a couple of days it tends to back off. |
