I really hope that life is running smoothly for you and if it isn't which often life

isn't I do hope that you have the resilience to walk through your journey of life.

It's a cold morning today and it's quite windy. I have dropped the boys off at school and

then I went to take my daughter's iPad to be repaired for the second time this week and I think the fifth time

altogether because she keeps breaking it, rather.

So I did that and then I had a lovely conversation

with my parents through the parents made me think about the meaning of compassion.

Compassion is an interesting word because it has quite a few meanings and can be misinterpreted.

And I wanted to look at that today.
