We have a new coach at ESGfitness.

Shona Denovan. One of the kindest, funniest and most genuine people I know. It is an absolute honour to have her join.

Shona brings so much to the coaching team.. it is fair to say Andy and I aren’t exactly pro at yoga or crossfit but I now feel like we really do cover all bases as a team. One of the best things about working with us is that you don’t just get one of us, you get all of our expertise and experience.

In this episode we talk a bit about Shona’s background and how she got into coaching.

Hello and welcome to the ESG Fitness podcast. Today I have a very special guest, but before I

introduce her, in fact, I am going to introduce her before I let her speak. So some of you may know

Shona as just the hilarious human that she is, but she is actually on top of that that a phenomenal coach. And the kind of coach who not

only has knowledge and experience, which we will go through throughout this podcast and we can talk

about things like that. And she is far too humble to talk about herself. So I will be teasing that

out of her. But she also has something that you

can't teach, and that's the ability to immediately make someone feel at ease. Shona is the kind of

coach who you could tell you had shot your pants at the bottom of the squat, and you would be

able to just giggle about it and get on with the session or waddle out to the toilet. She is compassionate and genuinely caring and that is why I am

so all these years later like because I've obviously followed you and really enjoyed everything that you do on social media

to then all these years later for you to ask me to be one of your coaches is just like it's come
