Hi there, have you ever made

what might have been like a split second decision that led to eventually finding yourself in a code red situation.

So what I mean by a code red situation is what some of you might call reds

I call them code reds because when people think about red flags

I think sometimes they can get a bit confused and be like,

oh my gosh, anything that I find awkward or uncomfortable,

it's like a red flag, it's like a code red alert.

And using really that traffic light system of recognizing Amber and Red,

Amber is sort of stop, look, and listen and don't proceed until you know that it's

safe to or at least stop, look, listen, and be aware that maybe there's a bit more

information together. And Code Red is stop. Do not pass go. Turn around, run in the opposite direction if need be in this way

distinguishing between two sets of reactions to discomfort helps us to

understand as well the progression of how sometimes a situation can

unfold because the truth is in a particularly shady situation that person who is behaving in an inappropriate manner isn't necessarily going to do that on the first day.

Sometimes that

person's behavior is inappropriate,

it's like, I'm going to stay clear of that person.

But the more schooled amongst those, the craftier ones amongst those, do tend to build up.
