who are you letting into your Circle of Trust?

Hi there everybody, I hope you all having a good summer wherever you are.

If like me you're here in England you might have asked the question

what's the crack worth of summer this week?

Because oh my goodness the rain that we have had it's been like

autumn I actually saw people in wintercoats when I was at Box Park

Croydon yesterday I was like okay I know the weather is being pretty rough this week not quite winter codes time anyway I digress

So today I want to talk about

Trust I want to talk about trust and I know as I say that there will be some people who are listening that immediately feel a little bit of a shiver when they hear

that word because by goodness there's a lot of people out there that struggle

with trust. When we have an unhealthy relationship with trust we tend to be at

extremes so we're like a rock fire We tend to be at extremes.

So we're like a rutviler,

guarding, you know, our walls,

and super suspicious of people,

and regardless of whether people are actually doing things that would constitute earning trust,

they're like, yeah, I'm going to wait for the other shoe to drop.

Or we are like how I used to be.

So I was like somebody who would jump into a pool full of sharks with a blindfold on and my hands basically tied to my side

because I was just so quick to hand over my trust to really any guy who would show interest at me.
