Oh my gosh, I think Cynthia and I were talking about this too where I was always fit and not have to worry about.

We have pretty greasy cuisines in the Philippines

and a lot of carbohydrate,

basic carbohydrate based. carbon-based, basic-carbon-based diet, which was our everyday diet. And then I became a mother in being a mom as you both know it changes your body, it changes a lot of the structure that you have and knowing that I was going to have another child I kind of let myself go a lot in between both my kids and I wish I hadn't because it was very difficult to bounce back after the second child. First child gained 50 pounds.

Second child, of course gained 50 pounds on the first child but never lost at all right because I let

myself go and I ate really badly in between and then the second child I was on track to gain another 50 pounds because

my diet was just not there and you know I talk about diet in a sense were back in the days I was more of

yo-yo dieting and really it's you both know it doesn't work and you know it's a it's a fleeting strategy. It's not a strategy that lasts a long time. It's not very sustainable. So luckily, which was a blessing in disguise, my, it's not luckily by the way, but my second child came out like three months premature.

So instead of gaining 50 pounds, I gained probably half, if not 30 pounds of that.
