So can you please give us a brief or not so brief history leading us up to today and how you came to do what you do?

Wow, okay, so I guess just briefly start in college.

So I was very fortunate and my parents were able

to get me to Cornell University and afford that. It was a little bit of a struggle for

them but it was just an amazing experience and with all these smarty pants and I kind of was interested in sports and in medicine but frankly

had an injury to my shoulder in

and I was being shown how to weight lift

for the first time and I hurt my shoulder

and I actually had a spotter. I was smart enough at 18 to have a
