Welcome to this episode of ESG Fitness Podcast. This is part two of the wealth-focused series that I'm doing.

podcast. But I have set myself a little goal for December to help as many people as possible get started

with investing, or at least learn more about creating wealth and investing. So as I mentioned

My coaching has always been really about far more than just

fat loss, but over the years it's definitely developed into being much more than that. And to be

honest, I think I would have been quite bored of it by now had it just been that and that was all

I helped people with. So it's much more about getting people happier, healthier and now wealthier. And I want people to leave me

broadly better than they found me. And that might look slightly different for different people.

But I want to have a long-lasting, meaningful impact, meaningful, positive impact on people's lives

in as many ways as possible. And that's kind of what I see

coaching it's about. So that might be for a lot of people losing fat and finally improving their

relationship with food. And it might be for other people taking a bit more ownership over their

health and also their wealth and anywhere in

between, right? So in whatever that way, that means to you. And it also might be that you don't

actually work with me directly and you just consume podcast content, right? I had a message

from more than this week who said that she had lost 20 pounds using the three to one method

from simply reading my substack

and listening to the podcast. One thing I have noticed as I've grown myself and as my own business
