Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. Unfortunately everyone, it's just me today.

Everyone has busy lives, I'm afraid, and this is the only time I could do it. I'm doing a solo episode, a Q&A episode for the incredible commit to six group.

0:18.9

And I have some great questions, so I will get going.

1:44.8

supplement company sponsoring me was obviously complete fluke because a lot of that is kind of luck

1:49.0

I mean you have to be in good shape and blah blah blah but um yeah and that was back in the day and then

1:54.9

I worked for usn for a while good times anyway the point that story was, I was still rowing at the time

2:04.1
