So the first one was fasted training and I got sent this reel by Nima, who is a coach

And it was quite interesting because the woman was obviously very intelligent.

Basically, the real was saying the crux of it is training fasted is bad.

It raises certain hormones, especially cortisol.

It puts you into a kind of stress state and then your body won't spend fat.

So the analogy that she uses is if you didn't know when you were going to be paid again, then you wouldn't spend all your money.
