I was targeted with an ad that said that hit training was the worst thing that you could be doing for

PCOS. And one of the reasons I'm so sick of this claim is because I used to do back in the day when I did

research, I did quite a lot of research on hit training. And I was involved in a few studies on

hit training. And the impact of hit training for certain populations is absolutely insane. Like it's

one of the best ways that you can improve your health

with minimal time. And the number one reason, at least that people give for not exercising,

is that they don't feel like they have time to exercise. Now, some of that, I think,

let's be real, is probably just an excuse. Some of it is the gym at lack of time.

And some of it's thinking that you need to do significantly more exercise to get a benefit from it.

And actually even very small amounts of exercise are beneficial, especially when you're doing something that's quite intense.

So one study that I love shows that two bouts of just 10 second exercise

can significantly increase your insulin sensitivity,

which has a huge benefit to health,

especially if you're someone who doesn't exercise very much.
