| 0:06.3 | talk about today and I'm going to do the annoying check that everything is live. We're going to talk |
| 0:11.1 | about hit training, PTOS and hit training, stress and hit training, menopause and hit training, |
| 0:19.1 | inflammation in fat loss, green something else oh yeah weight loss |
| 0:25.4 | tattoos and monjaro um it's going to be a very pat um okay right i'm live perfect okay that's all |

| 1:49.1 | can significantly increase your insulin sensitivity, |
| 1:54.0 | which has a huge benefit to health, |
| 1:55.9 | especially if you're someone who doesn't exercise very much. |
| 1:58.0 | So all that, the reason I said all of that is because I'm very |
| 2:01.7 | passionate about the benefits of hit training, specifically for populations that might not exercise |
