I just did my little morning run and pull-ups and press-ups.

And I just, yeah, like I think I work up today and I was like, I wasn't, I was just in a fine mood.

It's mad how just the only ever takes me 20 minutes, 20 minutes of exercise just has like such an impact on everything.

So for those who don't follow every single thing that I ever do, where have you been?

But I had back surgery years ago.

So I'm always quite careful with running because it flares my back up a little bit.

So what I've done is just decided I'm only ever going to do a mile.

Now and again, I might do a little bit more.

But generally, what I've been doing is just a mile

every day. And sometimes I'll run really hard and other times I will literally just jog. But this has

been interesting. I don't know if you found this, but normally when I'm doing like a mile,

like in my head initially, it was just like I'll run as fast as I can

and you can never really although like obviously you can tell you're getting fiter because your time

gets faster right it still always feels really hard whereas the other day I just ran at the pace that I ran
