| 0:00.9 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. |
| 0:06.5 | This is going to be a bit of an AFM and ESG fitness style collab. |
| 0:13.9 | For those of you who don't know, AFM is the business mentorship that I run, |
| 0:17.4 | where I help incredible coaches, help more people and create financial security |
| 0:24.3 | and then financial freedom for themselves. And this week, somebody asked me what I thought |
| 0:30.0 | the difference was between people who were successful and people who weren't successful. |
| 0:35.1 | And I'm going to share my answer today, but it did make me think, and the reason |
| 0:39.4 | I'm doing this as a bit of a collab, is it's so similar whether you're trying to lose fat, |
| 0:46.1 | trying to get fit and healthy, or whether you're trying to build a business. So this is my quite long |
| 0:51.9 | answer, but things like ideas, good intentions, and even like |
| 0:58.5 | plans, you may be a plan of how you're going to get fit or a plan of how you're going to |
| 1:02.2 | build this business or an idea about a business that nobody else is doing. |

| 1:14.1 | Most people might think of an idea. Some people even get as far as talking about that idea to somebody else, |
| 1:20.4 | or even they might write a plan to action it, but they never actually action. And I would say that my biggest competitive |
| 1:29.6 | advantage is that I move fast. And I realized this a long time ago, and I never, I don't think I've |
| 1:35.3 | ever really articulated it particularly well, but inspiration is your best momentum. And you will |
| 1:41.8 | never be more inspired than when you first have an idea about something, you know, especially before you realize it's going to be quite a lot of work and it's probably going to take longer than what I thought and I have to overcome X, Y and Z and there's a couple of barriers in the way, or somebody else is doing that idea as well and maybe they've got more experience, so does that mean I'm going to fail at it? Like there are so many things that come up. But actually if you have the idea, have the inspiration, |
| 2:06.1 | have the momentum and you take action then, that's when you're most likely to be successful. |
| 2:12.7 | And for that reason, you must act immediately as soon as you have the idea. So if you're thinking about |
| 2:18.9 | joining a gym, go and do it now. You know, don't spend months and months thinking about it and then |
| 2:24.7 | finally come around to it, or the likely it is, never actually come around to it. If you've got a |
