I want to update people on the energy first formula that I have now been doing for the last eight weeks.

I don't have a fat loss goal at the moment.

I haven't really for years. Yeah, at all.

My main goal is to optimize energy so that I can do the things that I love and enjoy them to the absolute max and get the best out of myself and achieve all the big, sexy, ambitious goals that I have.

And when you really delve into it with most

people's underlying why for why they want to lose fat, it is often energy too. They just haven't

articulated it like that or they're not seeing it in quite the same way. So as an example of this,

losing fat and getting fit means that you have more energy to do the things that you really want to do.

That might be partying all day on a holiday in a bikini.

It might be chasing your grandkids around.

It might be thriving in your career.

Or it might be all of them because you have the energy
